Breaking News: Sam Allardyce blames an un-known “third party” for his dismissal
Sam Allardyce has blamed an unknown third party for his dismissal as Blackburn’s club manager as the Englishman has been left stunned by the recent events that have unfolded at Ewood Park. It has been a strange couple of weeks
for Blackburn who recently got taken over by their new owners, Venky’s group from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/India-c750. The Indian dairy farm company is now a major share holder in the Lancashire club but their gestures so far have left a lot of fans wondering whether or not the takeover
has been for the better or worse.
Sam Allardyce was fired from his post as Blackburn’s manager on 13th of December 2010 after his team lost against a ten-man Bolton Wanderers by two goals to nil at the Reebok Stadium. The result was obviously a bad one
for Blackburn but no one had anticipated that it will be taken as a sign for things to come under Sam as the owners decided that it was a time to bring about change as far as the management department was concerned at Blackburn Rovers.
Big Sam, as Allardyce is more commonly known amongst media circles, is renowned in English football for bringing about extraordinary performances from his players under a limited budget. Sam earned his reputation as the magic worker
during his tenure with Bolton Wanderers. While at Bolton, Big Sam took the Wanderers to the UEFA Cup for the first time in the club’s history as well. In doing so, he became a legend at Reebok Stadium amongst the Bolton faithful.
However, he left Bolton due to his ambitions to win trophies and became the manager of Blackburn http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 after having a highly unsuccessful stint at Newcastle United in the English Premier League.  In his recent interview, Sam blamed
an unknown third party as according to him someone unknown had ushered poisonous words about him as manager to the new owners at Blackburn.
Allardyce said, "I really can't get it out of my mind. I can't put my finger on it; I think that's one of the problems. Having never really met the new owners and had little dialogue, somebody somewhere has obviously said something
derogatory to get me out of this job.”
He added, "That's the one thing I want to find out because I want to find out why. If I can, I will; if I can't, I'll just have to move on with my life." Blackburn now looks for a new manager and Ian Holloway’s name has been thrown
up again as a possible contender but the English national seems to be happy at Blackpool for the time being. Blackburn are currently 13th in the English league table with just 22 points from a total of 18 matches.
