Former Australian explosive opener, Adam Gilchrist, heaped praised on http://www.senore.com/Cricket/SR-Tendulkar-c2556 by claiming that he arguably remains the best batsman of his generation.

"That speaks about Tendulkar's greatness -- the gap between him and the rest. He is way ahead. I really doubt that anybody would ever break this record," Gilly said.

Churchy, who was a part of the invincible Aussie side which ruled the cricketing world for nearly a decade including three World Cup triumphs, also said that it will be an emotional ride for the passionate fans of the subcontinent when Tendulkar finally
decides to hang his boots.

for their overwhelming losses against some of the stronger Test teams.
