  1. use clean & clear it definitely works i tried it myself. i had so much pimples before and once i used it and followed its 3 steps, it helped so much! you shud try it trust me. my frend had recommended me it and now im recomending you it because it vhas proven great results in just a week ! my face is clearer than ever!

  2. Daily:

Wash face with good cleanser in the morning

    Apply moisturizer to your face

    Apply moisturizer for eyes

Use makeup that won't clog pores

Use a good concealer to cover up acne spots during the day

Use a Full Coverage foundation if you need it. It will help hide blemishes as well.

    At night:

Wash face with a good cleanser

Next use a gentle exfoliating scrub

    Use toner

Apply night cream that helps with acne

If you have specific trouble spots on your face then also use an on the spot acne treatment

    Weekly:

Exfoliate with a cleanser that is a little more coarse than what you use daily. You want to really work hard to remove your dead skin cells.

    Tips:

Keep hands and hair away from face. Avoid touching your face unless you have just washed your hands.

Use make up brushes and clean them frequently. Don't use the sponges that come with over the counter makeup unless you change them weekly. You will be putting a lot of germs and bacteria on your face if you do this and that will cause acne.

Its fine to use your fingers to apply makeup but ONLY if your hands are really clean

Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. So it you weigh 120 lbs you'll need 60 ounces of water per day. This will REALLY help your skin.

  3. firstly stop eating junk food and stressing out to rule out stress and diet (if you can :P)

yes, drink lots of water so you have a lower toxin concentrate, and will help flush out toxins and keep your skin well hydrated.

remove all of your makeup properly,

cleanse morning and night as well as moisturise

    exfoliate twice weekly,

do not use supermarket brand "pimple formulas" as they unbalance your natural PH and sebum levels which will in turn cause break-outs!

you can try tea-trea oil on your blemishes during the day under your makeup and toothpaste at night for house-hold item used,

i find thalgo's deep cleansing absorbent mask excellent which you can find at your beauticians if they stock thalgo.

the more you exfoliate the more you will unblock your pores! but not too much!

and dont pick at your skin, unless you want them to spread!

so stress less and get a good skin care routine ;)
