Breakthrough Bleeding &/or Spotting?

Hi everyone, I was constipated a little last week but I'm finally relieved of that but whenever I go to the restroom-I find some dried blood/brownish stuff in my underwear. I know it's not hemorrhoids so could it be breakthrough bleeding or spotting? I also have cramps, my period's due around Aug 23 & I'm still a virgin & not on birth control. Thanks for the help.

It's actually quite common for women to have that now and again.  If it persists and the cramping gets worse, call your doctor, but I am sure it will just subside.

could be something simple as spotting before your period, i know i have symtoms from a week before my period but it could also be a cyst or something, if the pain carries on go the the docs
