Breast cancer funding?

Question

i want to raise money in my school for breast cancer. but i don't know what organization or foundation to give it to (so that's number 1) and i want to raise money in a different way. I go to a private school so we have to wear uniform and sometimes to raise money for various reasons we pay $1-$2 to "dress-down" but i was thinking maybe to collect the soda can caps considering we drink a lot of soda!!! and somehow donate that to one of the organizations...do you know what i mean?

so BOTTOM LINE- i need someone to give me organizations and/or foundations to donate money to and i need clever and creative ways to raise the cash. so can anyone help?

if you call the American cancer society at 18002272345  or your local chapter they can be a good place to donate to and also give you great ideas of how to help you with your organization of your fund raising

I can't really give you an exact answer but you should try asking your teachers or principal how to start something like that. Give them all your ideas thus far. That is where I would start.
