...me and my boyfriend are discussing having a child, and breast feeding came up, I woud like to know does breast feeding distort or make your breast more saggy? If so, does anyone have good techniques on how to keep your breast nice...Also I am wondering about if you think breast feeding is the best way to go, or bottle feed?

  1. Well, first of all, I would suggest you get married or at least be engaged. I was engaged when I got pregnant. Breastfeeding itself doesn't make your b*****s sag, it's the milk coming in, and when you're pregnant your breast become bigger. So you probably won't be able to help it. And breastfeeding is always better!!

  2. Breast is best.

The art of breast feeding does not make your b***s sag - it is the extra weight and swelling during pregnancy that can make them sag.

  3. You will most likely sag eventually whether or not you breastfeed.  Skin loses elasticity as you age and some of these changes occur while you're pregnant.  The changes in your glandular tissue happen when you get pregnant.  You'll still get engorged whether or not you breastfeed.

Breastfeeding is more certainly the best way to go.  It's biologically appropriate.  It lowers *your* risk for certain types of cancer and decreases your risk for osteoporosis when you age.  It's the absolute best for your infant.

Formula will keep your child from starving and your baby may even thrive on it, but they will do their best on breastmilk.

    Good luck!

  4. Breast is the best choice for sure.  For one thing it's free!  Also, it is far more digestible for baby.  It won't make your b***s smaller or saggy but they will not be as perky as they were before.  The texture changes bascially.  Nothing a good push up bra won't fix!  My best advice to you would be to always always always wear a bra.  Even sleep in one, while you are pregnant and after when you are breastfeeding.  You can get a soft sports bra like nursing bra to sleep in.  This will help prevent stretch marks.

  5. I breast fed both my kids (I'm 24) and of course your b*****s will never be the same but its not as bad as it sounds. If your looking at breast feeding and keeping the same shape then when you do get pregnant. Invest yourself  in a very good bra. Same with breastfeeding, get yourself a very good well supported nursing bra. It will be a life saver.
