im really into the fact that i want to breast feed but im also really nervous. I def am not perverted or anything like that but i wanted to know... do u get the same sensation as you would if say your husband was suckling on them? im really not trying to be rude. but i am really sensitive there as it is, i do not want to have that feeling from my baby so is it like that or totally different? i hope no one is offended by this, im a first time mom and i know of all he great benefits of breastfeeding, and i want to try but i dont want that to happen.

  1. actually your nipples will get bigger and the sensation goes away, so no, you dont feel the same as if your husband was there, and dont worry, its a legit question

  2. No, its a bit of a different feeling.  Hurts a little and you can feel the milk coming out.  Not really arousing at all.  I wouldn't worry.  Give it a shot and see what you think.  :)

  3. I felt the same way, and it feels totally different!!!

  4. No, it's completely different. You don't feel aroused by it, but there can definitely be some sensation... the milk being pulled out. I thought the whole thing was pretty fascinating, actually. And think about it, even if it did feel somehow sexual (which it won't, but seriously...), would that be a good enough reason to deny your baby all the benefits of breastfeeding? You'll be fine! And the more you stress yourself out about stuff, the harder it will be to get your milk to let down, so try to put this sort of thing out of your mind!

  5. no, it's completely different. your husband sucks on your nipples a lot different than how your baby will suck. also, when your husband sucks on your nipples you're excited about it because to you it's something sexual, but when your baby sucks, you'll be in a completely different mode and thinking completely different. it's normal to be nervous, at 19 years old i was too but try not to be.

i jsut wanted to say that it does release a hormone though but not to arouse you but it maes you feel relaxed

  6. It feels totally different ... I actually pretty much loose all sensation in my nipples while I am breastfeeding ... but once I weaned my babies, I got the sensation back :-)

  7. it feels different-you actually feel the milk coming out of the glands- its a weird feeling-like youll never look at a cow the same way again!! You feel like a human straw, but its also a bonding thing when the baby is looking up at you and is gripping you with its little fingers or plays with the ends of your hair and tugs. Your nipples do got sore-use cocoa butter between feedings-if they begin to hurt too much, use a breast pump and put it into bottles. Once the baby gets used to using a bottle, he/she wont want to breastfeed so use the pump all the time-longer the baby has breastmilk, the better. If they swell to the point of 'feel like Pam Anderson' and not in a good way and/or having a difficult time feeding or using the pump (nothing comes out), take a very hot shower or use very hot wet towels on your breast to loosen it up. As for your hubby, he'll appreciate your new chest but you wont want him near them, they wont feel right and explain to him to imagine 'its like his s*****m expanded 100 percent because its so full and you think its s**y to squeeze and whack them around!' Since all your glands in your breast have expanded 100 percent-your equal! Plus they leak-wear breast pads in your bra and keep a few in your purse! It only lasts a few months or until you stop breastfeeding. Also, expect cramping when you feed, It releases a hormone that shrinks your uterus back down to size. Real s**y, huh? If you put into bottles, hubby can feed the baby and get to bonding too!

  8. breast feeding is a great choice, and i do believe every new mother thinks of this sometime! i don't think it felt good, as to i am very sensitive when my boyfriend suckles on them, to be honest it hurts to breast feed, but only for a short time and then eventually you will get use to it, but your nipples dry out and crack and then the babies bite them, i was only able to breast feed for a short time, as to i am to impatient. but stick to your guns and do it if you can, its the best thing for your baby and you in the long run, you will lose your weight faster, and it helps semi with birth control. good luck to you

  9. IVE HAD A FRIEND SAY IT FELT GOOD TO HER BUT FOR ME NO IT JUST FELT MORE LIKE A JOB LIKE I HAD TO DO IT SO THERE WASNT ANY ENJOYMENT!!

  10. No, not at all!  It really doesn't feel like much (once you get over the initial latch pain, which I promise DOES GO AWAY).

  11. It does not feel like when your husband plays with them. But I have heard that some women end up having orgasms because of it. I have not personally experienced that. It will be harder for your husband to play with them during your time together because you will start to leak.

Nursing is a bond between mother and child, but your b*****s are also for pleasure.

Just enjoy being able to breastfeed. You are giving you baby a wonderful start.

  12. i didnt get that feeling from my son.. i thought the same thing. and it hurts a bit so trust me it wont feel the same as your husband..u can also get a pump, and use bottles.. ur baby would still be getting breastmilk
