If so, can you give me advice and what to expect. I am going for surgery soon and just wanted to know what I was up against. Did you have any problems? Or did it go smoothly? What did you ask? and were you happy with the surgery and look? If these are too personal I apologise, you can always email me if you don't want to broadcast your views!

Thanks to genuine answers

  1. my ex had surgery 2 years ago, she was happy with them, i wasn't , they felt awful , so i gave her the boot, natural any time. lovely jubbley x*x

  2. yes

  3. My friends mum had a boob op and she said it was fine but she had to sleep sitting up as it was too painfull to lay down. They look good now but as with every boob op you can tell they are unnatural.

  4. I got my implants 6 months ago and have absolutely no regrets. My biggest fear was having the Tori Spelling gap and two round balls sticking out of my chest. But my Dr explained the reasons for these and assured me that I wouldnt have either of the two. And I dont!

Recovery was quite painful make sure you have a your mum or a close friend there to help you for the first 3-4 days. Trust me you will need her to help you dress, get out of bed etc. You dont realise how much you use your chest muscles until you get surgery.

My surgery went smoothly. No complications at all. Only slight nipple numbness for the first few months, which is a common side effect.

I got silicone gel round implants, behind the muscle and inserted in the breast crease. And they look fantastic! My husband loves them. They feel super soft and natural.

I must say though having gone from a flat chest to a full C cup I did have a love/hate relationship with them to start with. Not because of the look but because I wasnt used to people looking at my chest this did give me a complex for a little while, but now I've grown to love them and love going shopping for lingerie and s**y outfits. Goodluck with your surgery.  If you have anymore Q's feel free to contact me.

  5. h**l no, not me.

I love being myself instead of fake.

  6. No - I'm not sure they would look right on me. But thanks for asking.

  7. No, I refuse to get an unnecessary surgery.  Trust me they look fake and it's really obvious... don't go over board.

  8. As a natural 34DD girl i don't need to but as long as you go to a reputable surgeon the results should look amazing. It's worth paying a little extra to get quality.

  9. No but seriously they look and feel fake. Don't do it.

EDIT: Yes, I do, I know two girls and yes they look and feel fake. You can spot a girl on the beach who has fake b***s cos they do not move and remain the same shape at all times.

Obviously it is your choice but YOU ASKED FOR ADVICE AND THIS IS MY ADVICE!

  10. Yes, I'm a F cup.

  11. nope, but I would like to get a breast lift (i don't need implants just the lift)

  12. no i get asked this alot when i go out at night.

mine are real 36FF and i want them reducing they are too big.

personally it depends how big you are going.

remember the bigger they are the harder and more expensive it is to get nice pretty underwear as most shops dont go above a DD cup.

my friend has had it done she went from a Acup to a Ccup which doesnt sound alot but the op went well and she is alot more confident now

she does say that men can feel the difference some dont mind but some dont like it....
