Breast implants vs natural breast?

Question

What do you prefer? Given that breast implants look much better/attractive/s**y than the natural ones? No need to talk about cancers, scars, whatsoever here, we all know the risks involved. Just assume that the operation is a success and it looks a lot better. Which one would you like better? and Why? Thanks.

Well, in my opinion, fake b***s DO NOT look better than real b***s. They look FAKE. I have a small B cup and I would never ever in a million years get breast implants. No thank you >.<

I actually don't agree that implants look better or more attractive than natural ones. I think that is something that has been pushed into people's minds by the media. But there are a lot of aesthetic problems with implants such as rippling and dimpling, implant edges showing through the skin, unnatural fullness in the upper part of the b*****s, hardening and build up of scar tissue causing distortions, etc.

It depends.  If the naturally large then they usually look great.

It depends what doctor you go to because I have several friends that have done their b***s and they look awesome! They got a full B and some got full Cs and you cannot tell at all that they are fake and they feel really natural! Yes I have felt them, they are my friends b***s! Also, their scar is not visible at all! So again it depends on the size you get and the expert behind it all. Some girls get them done and they look really fake, those are the unlucky ones.  Bigger b***s fill out clothes better and is generally more attractive. I like the natural look of "fake b***s" that were well done and the natural look of real b***s that don't sag!!

Just make sure you do your research and only get them done if you are uncomfortable with the way you look. They are def worth it if done right!!

if your b***s look like **** get them done, if they dont look like **** dont get them done cause that would be a waste of money.

Sorry real are better..Cause allot of times women get them to big and then they look weird...But hey its your body not mine...

I'm a woman, so I can't answer from a mans prospective.  However, I would assume that you are not showing your b*****s off to everyone you meet.  If you meet a man and he is not in to you because of the way your b*****s look, do you really want to be with this guy?  I know that this answer is so typical, but it's the truth.  I think of the risks involved.  You could potentially die or come in to major health complications when getting breast implants.  Death is a very unlikely result, but it's possible!  I just don't see why anyone would risk their health to "improve" on something that only a select person/ few people will even see.  It just doesn't make sense to me.  I say don't do it.

Im a 32-D and would have them done in a flash if I had the cash spare..

I think they look great if done correctly.. I hate the Posh(spice) look though.. I just too in your face, litrelly..!

Natural...spend the money on something worth it.
