Breast tissue pain after breastfeeding?

I got this tingling pins and needles feeling on my breast tissue and around the aerola specially after breastfeeding. This burning sensation can last the whole day. What is exactly happen? I don't have fever and my breast is not swollen and theres no lump. Theres no crack on my nipple just pain on my breast tissue. Really hurts everytime it happen.

  1. Still sounds like it could be yeast infection.

    Just check in with your OB.

    I remember a pins and needles feeling sometimes when my milk would come in or let down, but not AFTER breastfeeding. That sounds more like you're developing thrush.

    Any white spots on your baby's tongue or inside the mouth?
