  1. it most likley is a blocked milk duct. massage your breast in little circles over the spot and use a warm compress. it happened to me all the time when i was breast feeding. warm showers and a massage also help. good luck!!

  2. Sounds like the beginning stage of mastitis or a blocked milk duct

Go and have a shower and let the  warm-hot water run on it and massage the area you have the burning feeling

Then go and get a cream called lanisol and use it on your nipples

Use heat packs on the area and make sure that the breast is emptied at each feed

If you get flu like symptoms or it becomes red get antibiotics

    Goodluck

  3. I had so many problems when I started breastfeeding my son, in the end we stuck with it for 13 months so I had plenty of experience with what you are describing. I am fairly certain it is just a plugged milk duct. Warm showers do help, but more than anything just nursing or pumping should give you relief. Just watch out for a fever or redness. You could get a infection. But don't worry just try and relax and remember you are going to the doctor tomorrow so you can always ask and get some antibiotics if necessary. Take care and good luck. Just keep it up. Nursing is a lot more stressful and time consuming than most people can imagine. But it is worth it!
