My right breast is great! it is a nice round size C cup. A very nice hand full for my boy friend. lol.

My left breast on the other hand is probably a large A cup and also sags down low =( I am 21 years old what is wrong with my left breast? Why is it so much smaller and sagging?

  1. b*****s are usually uneven, totally normal and common.

Mine were very very uneven until I had surgery at age 31.  Even then they are not exact as they are two different surgeries (had a reduction in both).

You should see a doctor if you are very concerned.

  2. My sister has a similar problem. She has seen her doctor and is now under a consultant. I am not sure of all the ins and outs, but she is going to have 2 or 3 operations - I think they involve putting in a balloon which will be slowly inflated over a few months to stretch the skin, then an implant to match her other side. I think she may also have to have a small correction to her nipple.

If I were you, I would see a doctor. We are in the UK and she is getting this done for free on the NHS.

  3. maybe because you don't wear the right bra...

  4. something called gravity..

  5. does your boyfriend squeeze them equally?

may be he's squashing one more than the other.

If you need any further info, please feel free to ask.

i can carry out a free survey if you wish ;-)

  6. you may have a tuberous breast deformity.  if it bothers you a lot (must be hard finding bras to fit), you can have a surgeon fix it with an implant and scoring the constricted tissue inside the aerolar complex in a sunray fashion, thereby releasing the tissue and giving the breast a more natural contour.

  7. At 21 it is likely that full breast development has occurred and it sounds like in your case the minor discrepancies between breast sizes is very much accentuated. The only option, other than wearing a 'falsie' on the L side is probably plastic surgery. On the plus side, this would almost certainly in this case, be accepted as an NHS procedure.
