  1. ask your dentist.

  2. bad breath is actually caused by no moisture in your mouth, so just drink something, and the majority of the smeel should go away.

  3. use a tongue cleaner or chew the type pf gum that is good for your teeth after you eat. use mouthwash every night.

  4. tongue scrappers, flossing, using an antimicrobial mouthrinse. You need to get the bacteria outta there because that's a huge cause of halitosis (bad breath). If that does not work, consult your doctor. You may have GERDS or digestion problems.

  5. Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is  best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth.  More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/

  6. Some tips that help--

Sometimes no matter how good you brush,  it's the plaque and food BETWEEN your teeth that are the ones that smell.   I know it's a pain....but try to train yourself to floss at least once a day.   It will clean out the stuff causing the odor in the first place.

Another place a lot of the debris is smelling is from the tongue.   Many stores now sell " tongue scrapers" ,   and these will remove the gunk on your tongue that most people miss.

Also,   cavities have a bad odor,  so make sure you have a checkup to be sure all your teeth are healthy.

If you find you breathe through your mouth often,   it is drying out your mouth and that makes bad breathe creep in as well.

Listerine breath strips are great,  when all of the above it taken care of.    They are dissolving little squares of Listerine,  that do more than mask odors like gum and mints do.........they kill germs,  which is what is making the breath bad.

Hope some of this helps !
