  1. you could do 50's of freestyle where you hold your breath the entire first 25 and then swim back slowly the last 25 breathing everyother stroke. a set of 10 of those is good. you could also do 3-5-7's where you do a set of 75's and you breath every third stroke the first 25, every fifth stroke the second 25, and then every seventh stroke the last 25. also good to do sets of ten of that.

  2. 4 breaststroke:

-the goggle drill, the first stroke you don't breath, the second your goggles come out of the water, and the third is a regular stroke.

    -1 pull, 2 kicks

-the turtle drill, keep your arms by your side and each time you kick your feet should touch your hands

-do 1 stroke then hold your arms streamline for three seconds

    -breaststroke pull and freestyle kick

    4 freestyle:

-do a few 50s, on the way down take 5 breaths and on the way back take 1 breath

    -catchup drill

    -three strokes and a flip

and before a race stretch and relax
