Breathing in running?

whenever im running i cant breathe!! i strat weazing ands its really scary! What should I do?!!?

  1. The best breathing technique is inhaling oxygen through the nose, fully expanding the lungs, and exhaling through a widely opened mouth. Your nose is a good filter for air, especially while running outdoors, which prevents you from accidentally swallowing bugs. Exhaling through your mouth allows your body to get rid of more carbon dioxide and heat with less effort.


  2. take a very long breath threw your nose (4 seconds...) Out threw your mouth (4 seconds) If you have troubles breathing you might have asthma like me!

  3. Start by jogging even if it's close to power walking, start at a slow pace. This will help you to control your breathing as your heart rate increases. Gradually move up going at a faster pace each time for longer than you did the previous, it will be easier to breathe the more accustomed you get to jogging, then eventually running. It takes time, you just need to get your breathing pattern stabilized!

  4. breathe in through your nose if its cold.
