Breathing..... right???

Can anyone show me how to do a proper breathing while doing sit up plz?? The more detail, the better. Thx alot.

  1. breath in laying down, breath out sitting up.


  2. inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth deep in full out

  3. yeah so inhale while laying down this is because your chest has expanded allowing more oxygen in your lungs and breathe out while sitting up this is because your lungs are sort of closing and push out carbon dioxide so there is no point inhaling oxygen to lungs that are trying to push out air

  4. when you lie down breath slowly.. breath in.. sit up ... breath out... lie down breath in... sit up .. breath out... reapeat as necessary.. some breath in from nose.. out threw mouth.. that all depends on you..

  5. inhale when relaxing or laying down and exhale when actually doing the sit up. this applies to weight training as well. inhale when returning to resting stage and exhale when performing the workout.
