Today me and my friend ran. He noticed that I breathe really hard when we run. I know that you're supposed to breathe hard but i think mines a bit too loud. Is there a way to quiet it down? Maybe if i focused a lot more on it? Its so hard for me too though when i try and keep it normal I end up gasping for air cause its like i just got down with holding my breath. I just started running a little less than 2 months ago.
