if you have ever read this book can you please help me . I read the book but i cant come up with alot to answer this question.

  1. I'm drowning in the mystery of what book you mean. To 'breath under water' is not really possible for the water is a semi solid substance that can not be assimilated by human lungs. You need an apparatus like gills to extract oxygen and release fluid to breath. There is an invention that scientist have developed called a thin membrane that does what gills can do. This however has never been offered to the public. The military is keeping it for their scuba and diving personnel.
