Bredas Legend to stretch his winning streak in Williamhill.com Stakes at Sunderland
Bredas Legend is expected to continue his winning journey and do a fine job in the Williamhill.com Stakes, taking place at Sunderland on Friday, May 18th. According to the plan, the 450 metres Flat heat is set to begin at 22:18 GMT.
After a few unlucky outings, Bredas Legend unchained the shackles at the end of last month. In a similar race, G. Lynas’ trainee performed magnificently and ensured the top rank by two and a quarter lengths.
He displayed an even better show in his subsequent outing, improving his finishing time significantly. After establishing his dominance at the first bend, the fawn dog made no mistake and defeated Black Jedamac by a head’s distance.
With two wonderful wins under his belt, the maverick hound is all set to complete his hat-trick. However, he will have to maintain the standards right through the event in order to beat today’s line-up.
He is going to face five powerful runners including Shiloh Dawn, Hillview Rumble, Global Hope, Curlew and Rosshill Adam. The triumphant hound will walk away with a purse worth £112.
Shiloh Dawn is full of spirit after a win last time around. In a 450 metres heat, the black dog outsmarted Gainstown Loch by four lengths. So, E. Lagan’s trainee might be the centre of attention tonight.
Rosshill Adam is another last-time-out winner. However, his chances are bleak today, because he is yet to learn the art of being consistent. Similarly, Curlew will not be able to do anything special. The white and black dog is coming into this battle after
a few poor efforts.
Global Hope should be in the mix at business end. Although the blue dog was not impressive in his last two appearances, his class is hard to overlook.
Hillview Rumble has been finding it difficult since winning at the start of last month. Today’s race is a great chance for her to get back to the winning ways.
According to our predictions, Bredas Legend will be able to notch up the top place. However, an upset cannot be ruled out. We wish the best of luck to everyone.
