  1. None of your rabbits are pure.  The only kinds of lops are Holland Lops, Mini Lops, French Lops, English Lops, and American Fuzzy Lops.  Please do not further pollute rabbits circulating by breeding mixed rabbits.  It gives all rabbit breeders a bad name.

  2. not really sure but i wouldn't want to breed them as rabbits reproduce quickly and there are already tons of rabbits in need of forever and loving  homes. please reconsider breeding.

  3. personally, i like mixes better. my rabbits are holland lop mini lop mixes and theyre sooo sweet and all multi colored so i wouldnt worry about if theyre mixes. idt your buck is purebread, your doe probably is.

  4. These are pets and shouldn't be bred.  There is a reason you have them rather than a breeder.  If they were purchased at a pet store its almost a guarntee they aren't pure bred.  They are what we breeders call experiments.  And if they ended up in the pet store they are a failed experiment.  Do not breed those animals.

  5. In the United States, there are only 4 purebred, recognized lop breeds. Holland Lops, Mini Lops, French Lops, and English Lops. There are no "dwarf lops", so this rabbit is probably a mix between a Netherland Dwarf and a Lop rabbit, hence the name. And the buck is obviously a mix since he is out of a Dwarf and a Mini Lop.

Neither of these rabbits are purebred. A purebred rabbit is one that is out of two purebred parents. For example, if you breed two Holland Lops, the offspring will be pure Holland Lops. Breeding mixed breed rabbits will not give you purebred rabbits.

So, please do not breed these two rabbits. Instead, if you are still interested in breeding rabbits, do your research on breeding first and then invest in a quality pair of purebred, pedigreed rabbits from a reputable breeder. Check out www.arba.net for more information and links to reputable breeders' e-mails.

  6. Don't breed http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/r...

  7. Actually, there are five lop breeds...do your research.

In the US we have American Fuzzy Lops, Holland Lops, French Lops, English Lops and Mini Lops.

Please DO NOT breed your pet rabbits just to try it. If you want to raise rabbits, invest in pedigreed stock from a reputable breeder.

There are too many homeless pet quality rabbits out there. Do not contribute to it.

  8. sounds like you really don't know what they are, so you probably shouldn't breed them.
