town and he is really pissing me off with the brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i continue to hear above my house so what do you think he is doing always in helicopter and yes im absolutely sure its him in the helicopters

It could be the local media or the local police department. I know that here in Fairfax, Va, the cops take their chopper and practice at night at 3am and its very annoying. But they do that to practice and wait for a call
