Seriously what the h**l is he doing? Brett Favre in another uniform other than a packer uniform????? No way!! The commish. should step in and block this becuase Brett is an idiot! Why whould he do this to the City of Green Bay which pretty much considers him higher than GOD? Thus the word idiot I guess!!!!!!!

I really think he's second guessing the money that he is letting go. 3 years, 39 million. This has got to be the driving factor. If he really wanted to remain the Packers starting QB, then he never would have retired. He would have remained the starting QB for his last 3 years. The Packers wanted him to stay. So to answer your question about him being an idiot, I'll answer that with an emphatic YES! And I'm a huge Brett Favre fan, by the way.

he is an all time great qb but his im retired then not is getting old. and it is better to leave on ur own terms and walk off the field instead of being forced out of the league or carried off do to getting injured. cause no one wants to have that bad memory in favre cause some greats did that same mistake and left  when they should of just retired pushed the career too long and didnt do much for them. but wat ever decison he makes hopefully he still does good

He wants to play and has that right. Green Bay blew it by NOT making it clear they still wanted him. They dropped the ball.

I agree he is going about this the wrong way,but you can't blame the guy for wanting to continue to play. He is still a member of the Packers as he has 3 years and $39mil. left on his contract. I feel bad for Rodgers though. This kid has been in Favre's shadow for 3 years now. If I were him I'd be asking for a trade. This is turning into a circus and Favre is the ring leader.

I can't imagine #4 in anything other than a Packers uniform,but I thought that about Montana too. If he does play,but not for the Packers,I hope he goes to the AFC and not Minnesota or Chicago. That would be a huge slap in the face to the Packer organization.

However,if he goes to Minnesota,I believe they would become the instant favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl

Favre is one of those athletes who doesn't know when it's time to quit. He should bow out gracefully while he still has the chance. Maybe he just needs the money, I don't know...
