Brett favre- dumb decision

I cant belive brett favre took it to the jets, he said he was only going to return if he took it to the superbowl and won, well dude he coulda taken it to the super bowl this past year had he not gotten hard headed and decided not to wear his gloves and all, and now he thinks the jets are going to win it this year, dude his team was coming up!!

who commends or thinks his decision is stupid and why!

I like and respect Brett as a great QB, but look at the Jets past experience with QBs, and playoff games. In 15 yrs the Jets had 12 pros come and go. They still think "Broadway Joe" is capable of turning the team around and would welcome him with open arms.

Brett's decision to retire initially was fairly stupid- he had an awesome year last year, and the Packers would have likely only improved this year.

Mike McCarthy and Ted Thompson were stupid by treating Brett like any other football player. He was the face of the organization, and they were fully aware of his historical offseason indecision. They were also incredibly stupid to try to bribe him. He's not the brightest star in the sky, but he has amazing values and principles. He wanted to play, and he already has a ridiculous amount of money. All they did was insult him.

The only winners from this situation? The J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS. All the AccuScore simulations show that Brett joining the Jets dramatically improve them.

Brett Favre (along with Robin Yount) has always been one of my personal heroes. I have never been so entertained and inspired in my whole life. I congratulate all Jets fans, and if he even gives you a fraction of the elation he brought me, then you will certainly see what is so special about him. I will always root for #4.
