Brewers V. Cubs?

Question

I am a long time fan of baseball in general, and the Brewers in particular. I have been a detractor of Ned Yost for two years and despite the current record I still think he is a terrible manager. I realize that I should shut up owing for the record, but let me give just the latest example of how he loses games; today he let Suppan pitch 7 innings even though he gave up 8 runs . . . .why? because he is constantly "saving his bullpen" for tomorrow's game. (Riske, Gagne, Torres, Shaus etc and he brought in McClung, a starter) If I had ticket to today's game I would demand a refund . . . . .could be worse I suppose, could be dusty baker. Anyway . . .. if we had Scrap Iron (or, fill in the blank) back would we be in front by more than 5 games?

tomorrow, Sabathia v Lilly . . . . I DO have tickets.

I wish i had tickets i think the brewers will win the series 3-1 I just don't like bush pitching against harden The only reason they will win 3 is beacuse they are at home

Wow. Those will be some intense games. Every each one of those games could decide which team is winning the division. I say that Sabathia might win tomorrow and the Brewers have been on a roll, although Lilly may win. I like the Cubs and think it will be a split series.

I just might head up to Wrigley Field North for one of the games.  I think I'll go to Tuesday's game.  Zambrano vs. Sheets will one of the most interesting games of the season.  My prediction:

Game 1: CC will light up the Cubs and win.  Ted Lilly will give up 8 runs and 12 hits.  I just don't have much confidence in him right now.

Game 2: It will be a pitchers duel.  Big Z will give up 2 runs in the 1st.  The rest of the game will see no more runs.  Sheets will get the win.

Game 3: Parra give up 4 runs early in the game.  Dempster will go 7 solid innings but not get the win because the Cubs relief staff will give up 4 runs in the 8th.  The Cubs will win in the 10th inning.

Game 4: Like you said, due to bad managing Ned Yost will make bad decisions that will lead to a Cubs win.

The series will be split and each ball club will right where they were on Sunday.  Either way though, I agree with you.   This series is the reason why I watch baseball.

As a Cubs fan I am scared for myy team since the Brew Crew have been so hot...I say its a split though
