Brewing at home help?

Question

Please give me a link or just instructions on how to brew at home... but I don't want to do it through a kit I want to do it prison style... just sounds like a fun thing to do

Notice that this is a "craft" not "prison style" if you want to taste c**p and you are over 21 just go buy the cheapest beer you can find, don't chill it make sure its good and warm, I mean really warm, then drink up.

Brewing is a "fun thing to do" but if you are going to do it, do it right. Make something that you and your friends would be proud of. Buy some basic equipment and give it a go

Easy. Go to homebrew store, buy an "airlock" and a rubber stopper. Buy some wine yeast. If you look at least 17 or 18 yrs old they will sell to you. Now buy some grape juice drink like 1/4 of the bottle. Dump a cup of sugar in the juice and dump the yeast in. Stick "airlock" into the rubber stopper(hopefully you bought the right size) and stick stopper into top of bottle. Put water in airlock and in a few hours it will start bubbling. When it stops bubbling, drink it, it will taste like Carlo Rossi.

For extra points use bread yeast instead of wine yeast and a balloon with a hole poked in it instead of an airlock. It will be ready to drink in 7 or 10 days and taste terrible.

The stuff made in prison tastes like liquid c**p because they have no control over fermentation.  If you're not going to do it right, you shouldn't do it at all.
