Breyer Horse saddle with stirrups that are very uneven???

I just got my first Breyer horse on the weekend and it's the English riding set with the rider and horse and tack and stuff but the stirrups don't fit my doll very well. Is there a way I can fix this without having to pin the one stirrup?

On the one I had, the stirrups were both attached to the same piece of leather that slid under the seat part and you could just slide it back and forth.  Does yours do that?

You could get a small piece of leather and replace one of them, if not.  Or you could wet the one that is too short and stretch it out and let it dry like that.

No i find the same problem with my Breyer horse models basically all the tack are useless! I have got the same model as you,and i have the same thing!

Unless you contact the Breyer company,i am not sure what to do!
