Brian Rose feels that Redbacks are similar to Somerset – Cricket News Update
Somerset’s Director of Cricket, Brian Rose, feels that his team’s current Champions League (CL) Twenty20 (T20) opponent, South Australia Redbacks, are on the same lines as his English County team; after both the sides kicked off their limited overs competition
with some impressive performances.
Speaking about his team’s scheduled fixture with the Redbacks today, on October 1, 2011, Rose said, “If we could win this game, it would put us in a great position. But they have got a good record in their own T20 competition and we know they are a good
side”.
“I have watched a lot of videos of how they play and the type of players they have in their side – and I would have to say they are a very comparable side to Somerset”, the Director added and further comprehended that the bout between the two sides will
