he gets numbers in the rushing and passing game.  Peterson may fall a little this year, teams are gonna load the box on him.

both suck.  Brendan Jacobs is the best. It takes all 2-3 linebackers or linemen to tackle him. Backs don't have a chance. He lights them up.

Him and the Eli-Plax combo makes the New York Giants the best team in the NFL. Especially with the Giants beastly O-Line. Don't even get me started on the Big Blue D

Brian Westbrook.  Adrian Peterson is going up against the Packers D and they're gonna stuff him like a turkey... last time he played the Pack he was outrushed by a guy who wasn't even drafted... that's right.  APAD got hurt in the 3rd quarter and Ryan Grant got more yards in the game than he did.  Brian Westbrook is an animal but he just plays the game and plays it smart so nobody takes notice like some other players.

Peterson will probably have more rushing yards but Westbrook will have more yards from scrimmage. It looks like Philly will be without Brown which thins their WR corps. Look for Westbrook to pick up some of that slack as a receiver out of the backfield.

Brian Westbrook will have the better 1st game because he plays against a bad team (St. Louis Rams) and the Vikings play against the Packers.  However, Adrian Peterson will have a better season just not a better 1st game.
