Question:

Bridge in my mouth...

I got a bridge put in today for my braces, and I can't talk normally for the life of me. Luckily, I only have to have it for about 6 months.

Will I ever adapt to the bridge in my mouth?

  1. You will adapt to it, but it might take a week or so for you to be able to talk normally again. I had one and it was pretty hilarious when I tried to talk in class because i couldn't pronounce anything at all. But it does get better, and all I can suggest to you right now is get a laugh out of it while you can. Good Luck Hun :]
