Manchester City full back, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wayne-Bridge-c36733 has gone on to make the move to Brighton and will now play for the Championship team for the coming season.
The defender hasn’t made any appearances for City since September and as a result, it was believed that he might be sold in the summers. However, with no one really being interested in landing the defender, he was loaned out to the Championship side.
Bridge made his way to City in 2009, when he was signed in the winter transfer window for a fee of ten million pounds. Despite him making a good start at the club, he went on to fade away and fall down the pecking order, once http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 became manager.
The Italian manager doesn’t really rate the defender very high and this is one of the reasons for him not wanting to use him in the team.
However, Brighton are more than happy to secure the defender’s services, as they look to add some quality and experience to their squad.
The Brighton boss, when talking about the transfer of the player is quoted to have said: "It's difficult to say how happy I am because it's not easy to get top-class players. I'm absolutely delighted to have Wayne with us. He's been one of the top three
left-backs in this country for many years"

"There were a lot of things that had to come together to make it happen. Firstly, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-c10409 Platt has been great at Manchester City and then Wayne and his agent have helped a lot too.”

"It was not an easy one to secure, but this is what we want at this club. He's a quality player with lots of international experience.”
This loan deal is going to help Bridge go on and make him start playing football again, instead of just sitting on the side lines.
His career had turned into nothing more than a party, with him being away on vacation and getting paid by City for doing just about nothing.
Nonetheless, with him about to become a first team player for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brighton-c38685 all of that is set to change, as he looks to prove that he has still got the qualities to compete in the league.
