Right now i have the subs powered at 4 ohms and each sub its own channel. i would like to know if i can bridge my subs to 2 ohms. And if i can, how I would do it.

  1. Bridging definately puts more power to your subs but be carefull about not blowing them. Basically your amp should have 4 outputs, 2 positive and 2 negative for 2 seperate subs.

We will call the first amp pos/neg A and the second amp pos/neg  B. So take your 2 positive speaker wires from the subs and twist them together, put them both on the amp in the positive slot for A, then take the negatives and put them in the negative slot for B. Voi la, your subs are now bridged. I would recommend turning your amp down before doing this then tuning it after you get them hooked up.
