i told all my organizers before hand what i wanted to happen, what i was expecting, and what they needed to do and what all they needed to set up, make sure your vision can be carried out, and dont expect things to happen that cant, if you have everything in place and everything that you have promised, than the rest lays on you, and if you have done this much than the rest will be easy

As a professional secretary, I organize events frequently.  Earlier this month, I organized a meeting for 150 people.  They flew into Chgo the previous evening, we had a registration table where attendees picked up their name badges, picked up breakfast from the buffet, then went into the large room we had rented to network with other attendees.  Later, the group broke up into smaller, specialized sessions.  They re-convened for lunch.
