I have a new snowblower with a Briggs and Stratton 11.00 snow series engine. On the third use, it died after 45 min of use, just after I finished a pass. It wouldn't restart until 10-15 mins. Afterward it will run until it gets warmed up and then either dies or occillates the RPM popping and spuddering as the governor tries to maintain RPM even without a load. Manually holding the throttle at the carb doesn't help greatly as it still drops it's RPM without any reason.

When cold it will start on the first try and run without a load for 10-15 mins without a problem. Oil level is fine, the sparkplug wire seems secure. Yeah it's got a warranty but I'd love to know what's up before some salesclerk gives me a story on what I did wrong.
