Bright Rumble determined to get back to winning ways at Nottingham - Corona Maiden 480m Trophy
A step up in trip can see Bright Rumbled make it third time lucky at Nottingham. The black dog was extremely unlucky on the previous two outings. After finishing third at the start of this month, he could not add the finishing touch, and missed the gold medal only by three quarters of a length last time out.
Although things did not go to the plan, a couple of decent runs must have given him a lot of confidence. The son of Ace Hi Rumble is highly likely to continue running well, and finally add a winning touch to his performance. He is up against a few very dangerous hounds in the second heat of Corona Maiden 480m Trophy, which is scheduled to be hosted by Nottingham on Monday, April 15th.
Other members of the crew are: Chevy Blazer, Clydagh Mickey, Pistol Jack, Romeo Chill Out, and Ballymac Cody. The race will be begun at 20:52 GMT. And a prize of 150 pounds will be given to the champion hound.
Bright Rumble did well in the trials prior to the last two races. However, the November-10 cannot afford to take things any lightly. There are certainly a few talented hounds in the pack, who could easily make a winning move.
Ballymac Cody cannot be trusted, because a lack of a recent look round is a concern. The white and black dog was second last time out. Chevy Blazer gives the impression that she will open her account soon. The black and white b***h was third last time around.
Clydagh Mickey shaped with plenty of promise at Hove. But the black dog needs something more to be successful in this meeting. There could be more to come from Romeo Chill Out, as he is off the mark now.
Pistol Jack does not have anything special to show. But any inside crowding would help his cause. The black dog was second on his previous venture, when missing the gold by three lengths. A thrilling battle is certainly on the cards. We wish the best of luck to all the hounds.
