Bright saddle pads?

Are bright saddles pads a " no-no" in english showing? Ex. pink and orange and such

Generally in hunter or english eq classes, everyone uses those white saddle-shaped pads.  I've never seen someone show in a regular rectangle pad and I've never seen someone use anything other than white.

For Jumpers, it's a different story... bright colors are extremely common.
