Bright yellow mushrooms in my potted plant?

This morning I noticed bright yellow mushroom-like things growing in the same pot as my indoor geranium. How can I get rid of them? Are they harmful?

They are not harmful just pull them out, but hand. Check and make sure that plant is not setting water. Mushrooms usually only appear when a plant has to much water.
