Brighten my eyes up for picture day and other tips?

I would like to brighten my eyes up for picture day (which is today). I have very very dark brown eyes. My eyelashes are also pretty dark already but I'm planning on putting on black mascara and curling them. I have dark brown hair and side bangs so my left eye is almost completely covered. I have arched eye brows already. My eyes are pretty big and I don't want them any bigger. I want to brighten up my eyes so they wont be so dull and dark. My skin is fair also and I have a few freckles on my nose and cheeks if that matters. Any Ideas?

Also if you have any tips for the rest of my make up that would be great.

- put cover up under your eyes

- line the inside rims of your eyes with white eyeliner

those are just some tricks i remembered

around your eyes, like the creases (where you eye ends and begins) try and put on some white concealor or eye shadow (whithout sparkles or anything)

Use bright colors that contrast with brown eyes like golds, blues, bright purples, burnt oranges, greens, etc. Brown eyes are very versatile because they are so neutral they go with lots of colors. Experiment with some of these colors and use a black eyeliner underneath which further illuminates brown eyes because of the black/brown contrast and you definitely will stand out!!

wear light purple eyeshadow. It brightens up and brings out any eye color. and put some shimmery stuff all around your eyes. It makes them stand out more.

put on white eyeliner instead of black or whatever color you usually put on. (especially on the bottom line of your eye)

and put on lighter eyeshadow (maybe sky-blue)

Blue eyeliner will make your eyes look lighter and have more depth.

White eyeliner will only make your eyes look bigger.
