Brilliant Samir Nasri?

I watched Samir Nasri's first premier league game for arsenal against west brom and he looked absolutely superb. The quality of his passing and vision was phenomenal and has already adapted to the premiership. He totally controlled the midfield.

He will not be a regular starter one Cesc returns and the other first team midfielders sure he got one goal but that does not mean he will play well for the entire season now does it.

He and Walcott are not ready for first team football where was Walcott's Brilliance last week? these players are too come on as subs and they will impact on the game more

great player but Nasri still has growing to do

I Agree with you. He is a bit like Overmars, the way he runs at defenders, and shoots. He will be a great player for us, didn't get to see him play against Stuttgart but I saw him at Marsielle. Linking up with Valbuena just like the way he did against WBA with Clichy. Those 2 can be great on the left wing.

Hleb never took shots from from long range, or cross from the wings he was always about dribbling, beating defenders & passing to the strikers. Nasri is better than him.

I disagree with the answer above. I see Nasri starting. He is similar to  now Barcelona player, Hleb, but with more upswing. I swear of every french algerian who shows some promise these days that gets tagged with the "Next Zidane"moniker, he is the best. While there will never be another Zizou, i feel that Nasri will be a star with his great vision and skill.

And with regards to Walcott, i feel like he could begin making first team starts this year. he has shown great promise and his pace is just something that you can't learn.

i think hes a great signing, i was concerned he might be too lightweight and take longer to adapt but that first game eased those fears. he will play on the wing in place of hleb, and i think he will contribute a lot. he suits the style of play, he has great skill and vision, and i think he will end up being a cross between hleb and pires. i hope he gets into the box often, and he doesnt seem that afraid to shoot. great signing, but wenger needs to make more if he wants to win anything. we need a defensive midfielder asap, and a few players who can stay fit wouldnt hurt either.
