s*x and business don't mix.  First, you getting involved in a relationship with a married woman is bad for everyone.  She should get a divorce first.  Second, there is a risk of sexual harassment complaints.  I advise you to know your legal rights very well before pursuing this.  You should also know your company's policy VERY well.  Even if everything is legal, you company can still fire you for putting the company at risk.  Sexual harassment costs the company a lot of money, and the company will protect itself before an employee.

The last thing to consider.  If you choose to pursue a sexual relationship, then condoms are advisable regardless of other risks.

Whatever you do, be polite.  If she gets a divorce, then you might want to pursue a relationship with her later.

Bring a condom, but unless, she brings it up again, I would leave it safely tucked away. It could be she has plans to sue for sexual harrassment. The request is out of character for most women to be so forward, I would be prepared, but cautious.
