Bringbackbertie to bring back form for the Owners’ Bonus Series Heat 3 at Newcastle

Bringbackbertie, Shelbourne Aston’s three-year-old black son out of b***h, Lady Geraldine, has the most appropriate credentials for the Grade A2 Owners’ Bonus Series Heat 3. The race will be held over 480 metres flat at Newcastle on Tuesday, 22nd
May.
The rest of the contenders for the race are Leaders Princess, Sleek Joe, Skywalker Pat, Droopys Vegas and Cooneen Cappa.
Bringbackbertie bagged the seasonal debut by taking 29.98 seconds to complete the 480 metres trip on 17th January at Newcastle. He led the runner up, Knutmeg, by 2 ¼ lengths.
His second success of the season came around on 31st January at Newcastle over 480 metres. He reached the other end of the wire in 29.37 seconds and led the runner up of the race, Lubagh Light, by 3 ¾ lengths.
Bringbackbertie stumbled to a miserable sixth position in the next race but then grabbed the chance on 15th February to time the 480 metres distance in 29.73 seconds at Newcastle. This time he led by three and a half lengths and made Tyrur Bosco
finish the closest.
After scoring second on 15th March at Newcastle over 480 metres, Bringbackbertie did not let the benchmark go below the third position for the next eight races.
On 12th April, he won a 290 metres race at Newcastle by clocking the track distance in 17.51 seconds. He took charge of the final two and a half lengths and made Yahoo Murroe settle as the runner up.
The three-year-old missed the chance of winning at two more instants and then swung back into form on 1st May. He won a 480 metres race at Newcastle by completing the trip in 29.34 seconds and led the runner up, Blue Maisy, by 2 ¾ lengths.
Bringbackbertie then stretched a streak of three second places at Newcastle over 480 metres.
The most recent race that he took part in resulted in a third position, the worst that Bringbackbertie experienced in a long time. If he keeps up with the consistency along with some more effort and hard work blend in then there is not much that will keep
him from winning the race tonight.
