I'm moving to the uk as a student and need to bring some prescription medication with me. The customs website says i should have a letter from my doctor with me too, but what does it need to say? If the medicine is in its origional container with the info on it, do i really need this?

  1. yes you do, watch the "terminal"    and you'll find out about the goat.

  2. ♥ ♥ ♥ lol

  3. I had an aunt who used 3 inhalers and a number of prescriptions for various pills, she had to carry a doctor's letter with her to explain to security what her medication was and why she needed it.

You could take your chances and they might decide to confiscate your medication, get the letter as a precaution.  Your doctor will know what to put in it & keep the original container with the label on it.
