I'm not a sandwich or salad person, so that eliminates alot of things. Plus there's no microwave I could use either. I also don't like any condiments (mayo, kethcup, mustard, dressings, etc, the like)
So what's the best health bars I can take, the lowest cal/best tasting snacks, and maybe a better suggestion instead of a sandwich? I'm a xc runner, so I need something to help me later on too. Help me out? Maybe tell me what you eat for lunch? Thanks!
