Question:

Bringing my macbook to school...?

So I'm going into high school and we are allowed to bring in laptops to take notes, tests, and exams. I could also use it to go online to the books' websites and my teachers' websites. But the big problem is, we are not allowed locks on our lockers because we have an "honor code." Which is stupid because if we have an "honor code" shouldn't we be allowed to choose if we want lock or not? But whatever, what should I do? Put it in my backpack? Should I get a lock for my backpack? What about a protective case? What should I do when I'm somewhere that I can't bring my back pack-like an assembly or something? Leave it in a teachers room? Should I bring my charger? Should I get one that doesn't plug into an outlet? Or, should I just not bother and not bring it?

  1. As long as your really anal about keeping it in sight and making sure no one messes with it.. you should be fine, but the extra precautions might be necessary (the bag w/ a lock, etc.)

  2. well first if you have a laptop case use that. and as for the lock definitely. lock up your case and put it in your locker, and if your case is small enough to fit in your book bag put in  there and  then put it in your locker. and the less people that see you do it the better.
