Bringing my son to the nursery at my gym?

I have a 4 month old boy and would like to start going to my gym again for 30-60 minutes a few times a week. We have "nursery" services provided during certain hours of the day. My question is... what would the staff do with my son during that time? Have any of you had experience with bringing an infant to the gym nursery?

I haven't called to ask them... but I do know that they would have allowed me to bring him as early as 2 weeks.

First find out who will be watching your baby and if they have any qualifications. Most likely they would just hold and play with the baby, change a diaper or two and perhaps feed the baby.

I would bring him when I knew for sure he would be napping.
