were adopting a bonded pair of rabbits from the rescue, and i was wondering if during the short, about 30 minute drive from the rescue to our house, could we use a cat box for them?

  1. yeah but  when you get there they should have a box for you they did when i got my bunny and good luck with them

  2. as long as each of them has room and u have a comfortable lining at the bottom of the cage that u wouldn't mind get rabbit droppings all over it.

  3. yeah. rabbits are good with small spaces. they don't do much anyway, and 30 minutes will hardly cut into their exercise time.

  4. cat boxes are fine; I used it for mine when I took her to the vet to be spayed.

I would just line the bottom with a blanket so that they don't slide around. Some rabbits have issues with slick surfaces.
