Question

At Brisbane, which post office can handle and deliver international letters fastest? GPO (city) or Hendra (closest to airport) or somewhere else? Or doesn't matter even at post box at streets?

Also posting it at street post box and expecting it picked up earlier morning and bring it to a post office of any above, which one is faster?

I cannot ask Fedex or DHL (charge me 70-90bucks) due to money issue

all about the same speed all mail is picked up from PO/Post boxes daily &amp; taken to mail sorting center then sent on
