Brisbane people?

What is Brisbane people's true opinion on southerners?? Why??

We are all Australian.  Live in the north or live in the south makes no difference

Tourist drivers are a pain on all roads not just in Brisbane.

Well I live in Brisbane and I dont really have any opinion of southeners. I never even thought of dividing people into that category.

I dont care where you are from but its who you are that matters to me.

I am always hearing from other people what a pain southern drivers are on our roads, so that probably one of them.

I was born in Brisbane and grew up there most of my life. I have lived in Victoria and NSW, and by far, nothing beats being a Queenslander.

First of all, the people down south can not drive. Even in the country towns. You get sooooo frustrated with them.

Daylight savings sucks.

And they have an extra year of schooling. Not to mention that the cut off for age is like in the middle of the year.

I didn't know Brisbanites had that opinion of southerners' driving habits. I know southerners think Brisbane people don't let you merge into traffic...and they're right, we tend not to...very silly.

I think the standard opinion of southerners is basically 1) that they view us as hicks and 2) you can ask a southerner in Brisbane what they think 'cause they're all moving here.
