Bristol: 14 years old summer job?

Do you think Currys will hire a 14 year old, I live in fishponds and Currys& focus are walking distance away from me, and what about PC world although im young but i worked in a local computers shop last summer

  1. No, you need to have a National Insurance Number before you can work. You get one a few months before your birthday.

    Why not try like a greengrocers or a corner shop?


  2. No they wouldnt im afraid you need to be 16. Why not do a paperround ?

  3. I live in Bristol, and altough it is unlikely that they would employ a 14 year old (you know what the youths in Bristol are like these days!) you could still give them a ring and ask them!

  4. i doubt it very much as most big stores wont accept teen untill they have a national insurance number your better of looking for distrubitor can make quite a decent amount of money with evening post.Their always looking for people in fishponds area  And door to door canvassing and telesales sometimes accept younger teens.

  5. Why dont you give them a call.

    Even if you dont work on the shop floor you could always help in the warehouse!!
