Britax Renaissance car seat on American Airlines???

Question

Help, I go on holiday a week on saturday (2nd August) and NEED to know if my toddlers car seat will fit the plane and is also more importantly approved by the airline.

I cannot find this info anywhere on the net, just other examples of car seats that fit or are FAA approved.
