Question:

British Citizen having a baby in Australia, advice please?

We currently live in UK, my husband of 6 years is an aussie and is currently seeking employment in Perth with a view to us moving out there fairly soon. I believe it should be fairly straight forward to get a spouse visa & my kids have their australian citizenship. However I have just found out I'm pregnant and may be in Australia when the baby is due. Do I need healthcare insurance? Is the antenatal care provided like the NHS in UK? I really don't know where to start finding out any advice please. No sarcastic answers thanks.
